Product advisory is where I work closely with founders, product leaders, and teams to sharpen how they think, decide, and execute. This isn’t about frameworks for the sake of frameworks. It’s about building strong product instincts, aligning teams around real outcomes, and making better decisions when things are ambiguous.

I partner with organizations at different stages, from early ideas to scaled platforms, to help them develop clarity, confidence, and momentum in their product work.

My approach is hands-on and collaborative. I embed with teams, ask uncomfortable but productive questions, and help connect the dots between user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and long-term vision.
